Solarflex Corp. (OTCBB: SFEX), announced today that it has signed an agreement with Eurospark Israel Ltd, in which development works and services shall be performed for Solarflex.
The parties have agreed on the legal framework that will rule the services provided, and have also agreed on the principles of how the work shall be performed.
The parties agreed to check and define within the next two weeks how to adapt the premises offered by Eurospark Israel Ltd. for the work to be performed for Solarflex.
As previously announced, Europark Israel Ltd, a subsidiary of a major shareholder of Solarflex Corp, has been involved in the past in the development of solar systems.
